You are permitted to hold only one account on the dwv99 platform at any time. If dwv99 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether through shared email, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — the Company reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts and withhold any bonuses credited to them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
